  • Spinal stenosis Narrowing of the spinal canal that can squeeze the nerves, often causing leg pain when walking.
  • Pinched nerve A nerve root pressed by a disc or bone spur, causing pain, tingling or numbness in an arm or leg.
  • Spinal disc injury Damage to a disc from an accident, fall or lifting, in the neck, mid-back or low back.

Joint pain

Pain and injuries in the shoulders, hips, knees, feet and wrists.

  • Shoulder injury Rotator cuff strain, tight muscles and other causes of shoulder pain and stiffness.
  • Hip pain and injury Pain in the hip, groin or outer thigh from the joint, the muscles or the low back.
  • Knee pain Pain, swelling or stiffness in the knee from injury, overuse or wear.
  • Foot and ankle injury Sprains, heel pain and other problems in the foot and ankle.
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome Numbness, tingling and weakness in the hand from pressure on a nerve at the wrist.

Accident and work injuries
